Step by step

From invitation to outcome

Have your resume and referral code ready before you begin. You can leave at any point and continue later — your progress is saved securely.

Not been contacted by our recruitment team? You do not need to use this portal. See who can apply.

  1. Step 1: Confirm your email

    Enter the email address you shared with our recruitment team. We send a 6-digit one-time code to confirm it belongs to you.

    • No password to create or remember
    • Codes expire after 10 minutes
    • Your progress is saved as you go

  2. Step 2: Add your personal details

    Tell us who you are and how to reach you.

    • Full name and Indian mobile number
    • Current city and state
    • LinkedIn profile URL
    • Preferred communication channel

  3. Step 3: Describe your professional background

    Summarise your experience so it can be checked against your resume and LinkedIn profile.

    • Employment status, experience and current role
    • Skills, industry and highest qualification
    • Notice period, preferred location and work mode
    • Current and expected CTC — optional

  4. Step 4: Upload your resume

    Upload your current resume to private, access-controlled storage. You can replace or remove it until you submit.

    • PDF, DOC or DOCX format
    • Within the size limit shown on the upload step
    • Checked for file type and content on our server

  5. Step 5: Enter your referral code

    The code from your recruitment representative links your application to an authorised recruitment campaign.

    • Checked for status, expiry, campaign dates and usage limits
    • A valid code is not a job offer or shortlist

  6. Step 6: Review and give consent

    Check every detail, then confirm the consents needed to process your application.

    • Accept the privacy policy and terms of service
    • Consent to processing of your details and resume
    • Sharing with an employer is a separate, optional consent

  7. Step 7: Pay the verification fee

    Only if a fee applies

    If a verification fee is currently charged, the full amount in Indian Rupees (₹) is shown before you pay. If no fee applies, this step is skipped.

    • Paid on our payment provider's secure checkout
    • We never see or store your card or UPI details
    • Never pay anyone directly or to a personal account

  8. Step 8: Verification review

    Your application enters the verification queue and you receive an application reference by email.

    • Our team reviews your details, resume and LinkedIn profile
    • We may ask for more information through your tracking page
    • Track your status at any time with an email code

  9. Step 9: Outcome and referral

    You are notified when the review is complete.

    • Your application is marked verified or unsuccessful
    • Verified profiles may be referred to the authorised employer — only with your separate consent
    • The employer makes its own hiring decision

Scope of verification

What verification covers — and what it doesn't

Verification confirms that the information you submit is genuine, complete and consistent. It is deliberately limited to what is needed.

What we check

  • Your email address belongs to you, confirmed by one-time code
  • Your details are complete and internally consistent
  • Your resume matches the professional background you entered
  • Your LinkedIn profile URL is valid and consistent with your resume
  • Your referral code belongs to an active, authorised campaign
  • The consents needed to process your application are recorded

What verification does not do

  • Guarantee an interview, job offer, placement or employment
  • Make or influence any employer's hiring decision
  • Act as a police, criminal record or credit check
  • Ask for Aadhaar, PAN, passport or bank details
  • Share your profile with an employer without your separate consent

Processing timeline

Most reviews complete in a few working days

The timeframe is counted from when your application is submitted. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

If we need more information
The review continues once you respond on your tracking page, so a request can extend the timeframe.

Important

Verification is separate from hiring decisions

Verification is a review of the information you submit. It is not a recruitment decision. A successful verification does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, a placement or employment, and any applicable fee is charged for the verification service only — never by or on behalf of an employer.

Employers decide independently whether to interview or hire any candidate. We share a verified profile with an authorised employer only if you have given separate consent to that referral.
