Terms of service

Please read these terms carefully. They explain what the verification service does, what it does not do, and what we expect of everyone who uses it.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this candidate verification portal, which is operated by the operator named above (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating or submitting an application you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and refund and cancellation policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

2. The service

The portal lets candidates invited by our recruitment team to:

  • confirm their email address and complete a candidate profile;
  • upload a resume and enter a referral code linked to an authorised recruitment campaign;
  • give the consents needed to process their application;
  • pay a verification fee, only where one applies and is displayed; and
  • track the progress and outcome of their verification online.

Verification is a review of the information you submit to confirm that it is genuine, complete and consistent. Where your verification is successful and you have given separate consent, we may refer your profile to the authorised employer for your campaign.

3. Who can use the portal

  • The portal is for candidates in India who have been invited by our recruitment team and given a referral code.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
  • You must apply in your own name, using an email address that belongs to you.

If you have not been contacted by our recruitment team, you do not need to use this portal.

4. No guarantee of interview, offer or employment

Verification is separate from any employer's hiring decision. A successful verification does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting, a job offer, a placement or employment.

  • Employers decide independently whether to interview, offer or hire any candidate.
  • We are not your employer or prospective employer, and we do not make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.
  • No one is authorised to promise you a job, salary or interview in return for completing verification or paying a fee.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date, and correct it if it changes before you submit.
  • Upload only your own resume, and make sure it truthfully represents your education and experience.
  • Do not impersonate anyone or apply on someone else's behalf.
  • Keep the one-time codes we send you private. We will never ask you to share them.
  • Respond to reasonable requests for additional information through your tracking page.

6. Referral codes

  • Referral codes are issued only for recruitment campaigns that an employer has authorised in writing.
  • Codes may expire, have usage limits or be withdrawn, and are checked on our server when you enter them.
  • A referral code applies only to the campaign it was issued for. It is not a job offer and does not mean you have been shortlisted.
  • We may refuse or cancel the use of a code that is invalid, expired or misused.

7. Fees

  • If a verification fee applies, the amount in Indian Rupees (₹), including any applicable GST, is shown before you enter your details and again, with a full breakdown, before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
  • The fee is charged by us for the verification service only. It is not an employer fee, and it is not charged by, paid to or collected on behalf of any employer.
  • Payments are made only through the secure checkout inside your application, operated by our payment provider. We never ask for payment to a personal bank account, UPI ID or wallet.
  • If no fee is shown, no fee is charged for your application.
  • Refunds are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.

8. Withdrawing your application

You can withdraw your application from the tracking page while it has the status “Submitted”, before verification has started. After verification has started, please contact support. You can also withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Verification outcomes

We may ask for additional information during verification. We may mark a verification as unsuccessful, or close an application, where information is inaccurate, misleading or inconsistent, where requested information is not provided, or where these terms are not followed. We will tell you the outcome through your tracking page and by email.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • submit false, misleading or someone else's information or documents;
  • upload files containing malware, scripts or unlawful content;
  • attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits or access data that is not yours;
  • use automated tools to access, scrape or overload the portal; or
  • share, sell or misuse referral codes.

11. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your resume and the information you submit. You allow us to store, review and, with your consent, share it as needed to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy. The content and design of the portal belong to us or our licensors.

12. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the portal available and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can continue later.

13. Limitation of liability

  • We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers, or for consequences of inaccurate information provided by a candidate.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the verification fee, if any, that you paid for the application concerned.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have, or any liability we have, that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is shown at the top of this page, and your consent records note the version you accepted.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
