Scope
This policy applies to the verification service fee, where one is charged, paid through this portal. The fee is charged for the verification service only — it is not an employer fee. If no fee was charged for your application, there is nothing to refund.
Cancelling before verification starts
You can withdraw your application from the tracking page while its status is “Submitted”, before verification has started. If you paid a verification fee, withdrawing automatically raises a request for a full refund of the amount paid.
After verification has started
Once your application is “Under verification”, our team has begun work on it and the fee is generally non-refundable, except:
- for duplicate payments;
- for technical errors — for example, if you were charged more than the amount displayed, or charged without the payment being recorded against your application; or
- where a refund is required by applicable law.
A verification outcome, including an unsuccessful one, or an employer's decision not to interview or hire you, does not by itself make the fee refundable.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full once confirmed. Contact us with your application reference and the date and amount of each charge. Never send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or one-time codes.
Failed payments
If money was debited but the payment failed or was not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or our payment provider. If you do not receive it within the timeframe your bank indicates, contact your bank and let us know.
How and when refunds are paid
- Refunds are paid to the original payment method only — not in cash, to a different account or to a third party.
- After we process a refund, it typically takes 5–7 working days to reach your account. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.
